Great vid👍👍 Looks like a Great Wedge👍👍 And truly awesome Wiskers👍👍 Please thank Jeff for taking the time to make a guest appearance, its nice to see that Mizuno have Staff members other than Chris
I’ve been a CBX wedge guy for the last few years for the incredible forgiveness, but I am really looking to demo these ASAP. They look great and would blend well with my JPX irons
Without a doubt, we did also compare this to the Gw in the JPX set and although it didn’t make the video I can tell you it was so much better. I will never sell another GW in an iron set again😀
@@SwingFitI'm in this exact predicament. I got fit to the JPX 923 HMP this fall, and now need new wedges. The set PW is 42.5 degrees, so I'm looking for a GW at 48/49 degrees normally only used for full(-ish) swings. I was considering getting the JPX 923 Forged GW, as it on dimensions, bounce etc. is a very seamless extension of the HMP's. But from your statement, maybe I should take the S23 in stead? Could you please elaborate a little on your comment, and how it was so different? For reference: The other wedges will be S23 53 and 58. I'm HCP 10 with a good wedge game and slow/mid swing speed (shallow picker). Thanks for your good content! 😊
Will do John! Thanks for having Jeff on! I also got fit for the Mizzuno Pro 225s again i can’t wait to get them in my bag. Loved hitting the 7 iron in the store when being fit. Ended up with plus1-1/2” over standard Projext X LZ 6.5 and 2 degrees up. I’m tall 6ft6
@@SwingFit no i hit it at plus 1” they didn’t have a plus 1-1/2 to hit. Lol. I’m a weird fit I’m 6ft6 but i don’t have long arms. My wrist to floor actually had me at 2” plus standard. But we decided that was too long.
Curious how these compare to the ping glide 4.0?’s from what I can find that’s probably the closest comp currently? Specifically interested in a gap wedge comparison as a replacement to my mg3 that I consistently hit towards the toe and a groove or two high on full swings.
Size wise they are going to be the closest for sure. In regard to CG, not even close. If you are favoring high toe strikes then I would say s23 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. Where the Ping has an edge up is with wet weather Protection, as it’s the best in the industry but guess who comes in 2nd. Mizuno. Hope this helped.
Glad you started posting again! Keep it up
Thanks bud, I feel a little rusty but it’s nice to be back in front of the camera
Jeff is Best rep in the golf biz! Love ya in Buffalo!
Without a doubt, I tell my other reps they need to step up their game.😀
Jeff did a driver fit for me last season. He knows his products well. Good seeing him on your channel.
Thanks for sharing my man, I hope all is well with your new sticks. By the way, I tried the bourbon this past weekend and loved it.
Great vid👍👍

I couldn’t agree more, Chris is awesome but is in very high demand, my man Jeff is local to me and just as smart, so lucky to have access to him.

@@SwingFit I currently play Modus3 120 Stiff shafts in my irons. Would you suggest I use the same shaft in my wedges?
@@atxrich may not be a bad move at all especially if you have a fast transition or if you like to pull on The handle from the top. Great question.

@@nielsaxelsson what did you decide? Thinking about the same thing on adding a GW vs. the S/T wedge lines.
I just ordered the S23s 50,54,58. Can’t wait until i get them in my bag. I’m switching from the Vokey SM8s
Awesome let us know how you do, once you get them.

@@chadpeace5852 wow a full 1 and 1/2 over. Please tell me they had you hit an LZ shaft at that length?😀

Tested them and loved them. Ordered them 4 weeks ago and still don’t have them.
Well that sucks, hopefully they arrive soon. Thanks for sharing.
