It's important to keep in mind that Bones (Team A) is reportedly doing this anime not Team B (who worked on Mob Psycho, Space Dandy S1 and S2). Team A is led by producer Naoki Amano and its responsible for animating things such as: Blood Blockade Battlefront, Noragami S1 and S2, Eureka Seven sequel, Gosick, The Case Study of Vanitas and S1 of MHA). That being said, I think this anime will be very very good production wise but don't expect it to be anywhere near the level of animation we got from the Mob Psycho seasons or Space Dandy seasons.

When it comes to Bones they know how to one: make fun loving characters with great team dynamics (like the ones in the thumbnail) two: interesting world building and color choices, and three: cool animation fights. I truly believe that they can do gachiakuta justice if they keep the character team dynamic the same, make the fight scenes wild and crazy, and make the emotional moments hit I believe thay can do it but us gachiakuta fans will have to wait for the anime in 2025, however we can looked forward to ax for them to hopefully reveal more about the anime on July 4th

I guess what I’m most curious about is what they might change in the adaptation. Hopefully it’s all faithful but I wouldn’t be surprised if a few things got cut. If we’re lucky, they might add some extra content for us manga readers too

i remember when a while ago i found a picture of jabber on pinterest and searched gachiakuta in yt and found your channel, it was close to chapter 36 if im not wrong and now it's getting an anime, so proud to stick to this manga and this channel

Owwww, that is nice! Bones is one of the best animation studio in general, they do such great animated series like: Fullmetal Alchemist, My Hero Academia, Mob Pchyco 100, Space Dandy, Cowboy Bebop and Soul Eater. Soo Gachiakuuta will be great animated, this manga deserves that.

I just hope it's not 13 episodes lol. not that it will be bad, but that's just too short imo to sink into this series. it'll likely go up to chapter 22 and tease the Lady of Penta arc which would be a dope cliffhanger. however that arc could also fit in S1 if it's 24 episodes. either way I'm so excited for it.

depending on how its ranked in the studio it'll be a hit or miss as far as quality goes.
The only badly animated project BONES has ever done was MHA and thats only because they have a year to release a 25 episode season of newly released chapters. MHA is the outlier BONES WILL do Gachiakuta amazing.

Trust me I’m a studio bones fan but in reality some work gets more attention than others. All I’m saying is the quality might drop or may not be the same as the manga. Bones tends to take mangas that have a lot of detail and can convey it but they also can have it look not as good. All I’m saying

Why is everyone hating on Bones thinking it's a bad studio.They literally are one of the best studios and made animws like Mob Psycho,Full metal Alchemist,Soul Eater and My hero Academia.
Its a lot of mappa riders who think that in order for a studio to be good, they have to adapt a gritty battle shonen thats 70% fights and do all of them justice to the detriment of their staff and 16 y.o webgen freelancers

My problem isn't the fact that bones is "a shit studio now" since that will never happen. Even with OPM s2, i never bashed it cause i knew what the studio was capable of and now we're getting S3 and that trailer looked HYPE its already way above the S2 conundrum, so we have to let them cook.
But here, i don't want it to be a pick and choose situation. They are also working on Sakamoto days which I'm far more excited for, but I'm critical in general. I know bones has leeway, so we can expect the anime to be amazing. But will it be as good as FMAB? We'll see.
No studio is perfect and the mistakes bone has made recently with my hero is reason enough to worry. But i also don't wanna jump the gun and say this show will be bad.
The staff is already looking good. Of course the manga will always be better in this case. But i want it to be close to solo leveling and mob psycho and be good and innovative not just a "Oh. We got this under way, might as well finish it" show

I did! While I know the ppl didn't really vibe with the end of it (since it wasn't canon?) I thought the overall tone was really good
the first fullmetal alchemist is alternate story with a surprise ending (I personally prefer it to the manga ending) people who spit on the story because it's not what they want are the bottom and need to touch grass urgently even the manga version doesn't adapt it perfectly@@DomoSenpai

Gachiakuta will most likely be 12 episodes an not be yearly, Just say you dont know what your talking about. Its just so dumb how people expect MHA seasons to look like JJK season 2 when Mappa had 2 to 3 years to cook up that season.

But I do understand the business side of things and business says mha makes a crap ton of money so let's milk it with 4 movies when the first was supposed to be the only one. Let's also divide the animation team up to develop the movie and show at the same time. Meanwhile let's give mobb the money care and attention it deserves, unlike mha, have the animation be up for best of the year.
I'm not one of those fans who require jjk level animation. I honestly think mappa and ufotable have set too high expectations for anime fans on what to expect for your shows. At the same time I don't like seeing a series I love get disrespected by it's studio. And just used for getting money to make their other series pop in the art and animation.
You say mha has to be put out once a year and that's wrong BONES chooses to give it such a short timeframe or production because they want/need the money to support their other stuff. It is what it is man. Not ever adaption is made because ppl think it will make them money and they are passionate about animating the story. I'm just saying to watch out
it is an understatement if i said i watched the teaser pv 50 times, definately much more, and so much parts of the teaser saved from it, god ik they gonna cook with the anime pv.
