Just put together our first Blackstone. A 30 inch Culinary model 1934 yesterday and seasoned it with grape seed oil. I think the first cook will be a Philly cheese steak made with Prime Strip steak. 👍😎

Medium. Usually medium. Unless it’s High. Typically we mention what gear we’re using based on the desired outcome. If we’re looking for a nice crust it’s gonna be on high. A slow cook is likely on medium.
I can promise you when you follow the recipe and add fresh shredded cheese to HOT chips straight out of the airfryer it melts, I’ve done it live multiple times....not so much or at all while doing the stop and go for filming 😉 but don’t tell anyone I told ya....sinner 🤨😆
