I typed Sudo Visudo but its still asking for the password , what should i do?

I cannot do this as the current edition of latest Linux mint Vanessa doesn't accept the password needed to do anything . I am without administrative rights in reality because the password is not accepted and also cannot be changed as the password to do so is rejected. Neither can you boot into root . terminal does not accept password and any file you try to change will not be changed as cannot accept password , you know the one you login with. Will need to delte and lose all work again! POOR SHOW LINUX

run this: pkexec passwd $USER
This command will update your sudo password to a new password you type in.

I write sudo visudo in kubuntu in konsole and ask me password so i can't proceed.
The reason i want to remove the password is because is stuck/frozed the konsole each time i want to install something. What i can do to un-frosed the konsole?

I heard somewhere that I need to give permission because they changed it to default. I don’t know if I’m making sense but worth the shot.
