This was such a good vlog. It was so cute when "woody" and kailand we're playing together. Then it was cute when Audri opened up her valentines (especially when she said "but I don't really care about this") then we saw Audris gymnastics. Then kailand kept shoving the Paci in his face. Awww i feel so bad for the little man, he really wanted that binky and he totally does not sound or look ready to give it up, its so hard as parents to do stuff like that i have 19 month old twins and my baby boy no longer has his during the day ( his choice not mine) but my baby girl has hers in her mouth aaallllll the time im actually scared to remove it from her incase i upset her lol but good luck guys hopefully he wont be upset for long x

why cut it and give it back? instead of just getting rid of them or involving him in getting rid of them.
+Chloe Young Maybe this gives him the experience of still having it but not liking it anymore which is easier to transition from then it just not being there anymore and him still wanting it. Not sure.
You give it back "broken" so the kid will get mad and throw it away. Then, when they ask for it later, you can tell them they threw iit away. That way they feel like it was their choice. But generally you cut it gradually. Like just the tip and a bit more each day until the kid gives up and decides its not worth trying to suck.
In Finland, Valentine's day is not Valentine's day, it's Ystävien Päivä, which means 'Friend Day'. Same goes for Swedish, it's Vän Dag, which also translates to 'Friend Day' and therefore I grew up with the tradition that every 14th of February, I would exchange cards with my friends, because it was Friend Day :)
