She is just immature and can't deal with her feelings like an adult, so she projects them onto you and blames you for all her problems. So, in her disordered mind, the only way to get rid of her negative emotions is to get rid of you. 'No Contact' is a wonderful tool to help you focus on becoming the best version of yourself not necessarily the best way to re-attract someone you lost. I have experienced when it doesnt work (She married someone else; such is life) The good thing is that I kept my life moving forward; career, fitness, hobbies, friends etc. Please utilize this time to make the best decisions you can for your future and not necessarily because you hope it will re-attract someone, it will make coping with it easier in the event it doesnt work out the way you hope, stay strong.

I agree. Much as it hurt, my boyfriend leaving me catapulted me to a better place. Even after no contact...he didn't come back. Why? Because he knew I KNEW he was a narc and a witch & I'm serious. He put a love spell on me and tried to manipulate me. Don't waste your time doing NC over a narc. They are demonized. Regardless..now I'm an acclaimed author on a book tour. The pain was so great..it helped me focus on getting fit, a move to a beautiful city, self love, faith in Gid and now I'm an award winning author!
She broke up with me after a 2 year relationship. Nothing was done to violate the relationship, we just went through a rough patch. An hour after she broke up with me, she sent me a song. I told her to please stop contacting me and I told her I blocked her and did. I'm going through it now....hoping no contact works to either repair me or let her know she missed out on a good guy.

What if it's the second break up? I feel like I made the same mistake twice and that now she can move on without looking back. I played the 'no contact' card in the first break up quite well, she saw my improvement and that her life will probably be better with me in it. We started dating and we were having fun. But one day we had a fight the vibe was off since that. 2 days later she broke up with me again. Now I don't know if I'll get another chance... She now might be sure of her decision and really over it. I'm afraid I broke her trust...

@@MrIlleismmine just came back after 4 years. You have to completely move on with life and become the best version of yourself, physically but most important mentally. You have to become very mentally strong. If you can’t picture living life without a gf or a particular woman, you’ve lost already
