      i’m sorry to hear that bro, wishing you a speedy recovery! don’t rush into anything if you’re not in a spot to though. needless to say it’s all super individual, last time i broke my ribs i couldn’t move at all for weeks. handle what you can and good luck!

    The first time I had some back pain years ago and couldn’t squat I figured I would just do hamstring curls instead it lit my back up more than the squats… that’s when I realized I had no idea how to do a leg curl lol. I logically deduced what you’re describing, if I crunch my abs while curling I’m going to take my low back out of it, or mostly out of it. Now my hamstrings aren’t pathetically small 😅
