I’m a semi truck driver and I was just in Spokane Washington and had a vegan cheesesteak from a place called Vertical Diner and the jade room. If you every travel there please try it’s a must!!! You would have thought it was real meat. I had to call them back to make sure cause my mind was playing tricks on me.

Yes! Hubby and I agree... Texture is very much the secret with all of these meat substitutes. Flavor you can always correct, but bad texture is a non-negotiable.

Hey guys! My oldest (Conner) is very interested in the cheesesteak. He is his fathers child, meat and cheese guys. And your girl is southern by way of both of my parents (North Carolina born and raised...and I attended NCCU in Durham, NC), so you know that “pulled pork” caught my eyes. You guys make the preparation look so seamless. And the shoulder shimmy in the beginning had me lol

I thought the kids had finished them, but my hubby casually mentioned that there was still a little of the cheesesteak left... let's just say it's being warmed up as we speak, and I'm trying to be calm about it, but inside I'm like...!!!!! 😂😂😂 We are ordering more asap!!
