If by "crap" you mean ebay sells only low quality product, that wouldn't be true as I have purchased many great things AND for a discounted price.
If by "more crap" you mean that the platform is oversaturated with sellers and products... if you watch my videos, you know I don't believe in a scarcity mindset. I'm one of the original 6 content creators, regarding ebay and Amazon, on UA-cam and I plan to always teach and encourage others to go for their dreams, while I am working hard to gobble up my own :)
I was referring to increased comp both listing and selling.
What you "believe in is nice but I'm talking about arithmetic.
More resellers means harder to find items.
More crap listed, the value goes down and the sell time increases.
I have said this to many of you UA-cam creators and it's almost embarrassing to hear
the responses that are anything other than the obvious - yes I am encouraging
more competition to resellers and that will make it harder.
You will have to work harder to gobble.

I understand what you are saying, but the arithmetic of online buying showing yearly rapid growth (almost doubling), so statistically there should also be more sellers meeting this trend/demand... whether I make a video or not. As a business owner, it is my job to diversify my income streams and continue my learning/growth, as to defend myself against competition. No matter your business model, competition is a fact of life in a capitalist society, there is little I can do (nor would I want to) to try to hack down every competitor. They will come anyway. I know that we each have to decide how we to handle our reactions to competitors, but for me, I feel that helping others always pays it back in spades for me, and changes the life of others. Scarcity does neither of those things, so I opt out of it. I appreciate your comment.
