    Really good content and well presented. your channel deserves many more viewers and likes. Just one critique, reduce volume or eliminate the background reiterated music. it is destracting when trying to absorb detailed information. thanks for uploading.

    Love the content on this channel so far. The information is super clear and easy to assimilate. I brewed your Pale Ale recipe from the pressure transfert videos and it turned out to be one of my best result sor far and my go to recipe for Pale Ales for sure. Keeping the base and experimenting with hops (have a Motueka version that is being dry hoped at the moment). If I ever want to brew a big stout I will come back to this recipe.
    Keep on keeping on and looking forward to your next videos!
    In the future, I would be interested in your expertise on how to properly set one's grain mill to obtain a good crush for all-in-ones recirculating brewing systems.
