I took my road test here in New Jersey yesterday 08/28. And I passed at my first attempt. I didn’t even go to a driving school, I learnt all by myself . And I watched a lot of UA-cam videos for my parallel parking, which was very very helpful. Thank you guys for this awesome videos.
@@jacobl1284 learn your parallel parking well, learn k point turning well and reverse back on a straight line . Those are the three main things they look out for . The rest is just the stop signs and how you observe the stop signs and how you pay attention to the road while driving. Also adjust your Mirrors and seat and as soon as you enter the car . watch lots of videos for parallel parking . You will be good .
just passed. this video is helpful because it keeps it simple. definitely key is to try and stay as relaxed as possible, because the test itself is literally just this, then straight reverse, and a few turns and stop signs.
@@dianabonilla8385 no they do not, atleast not at Lodi. also I heavily suggest doing your test there it is cake. 90 percent of the time they start with parking first, so you know what to expect, straight reverse, then the simplest course ever. good luck, been driving a lot ever since I passed, and it has changed life for me

Passed today. If you’re taking your road test in Edison at Kilmer, there’s road construction so you’re only going to do a u turn, parallel parking, and a k turn. Only took 5-6 mins and it was over. Kinda disappointed that I spent so much time panicking only to be tested on 2 things, but also really happy that it was only those 2 lmfao
I have two appointments in mid-late May for driving lessons. I will use Princeton Driving School this time. I hope I pass my road test in late July or by Labor Day weekend. I will be taking my road test for the third time.

I was waay too far i cant tell how far prob like 15 inches away.. but just make sure you look at your side mirror to make sure the curb is aligned with the car. Like you literally have to look to see that the car is straight next to the curb. Even if you have to sit up from your seat a little .. take your time do not rush as long as u do it right it doesn't matter how long it takes. You got this keep practicing
Helo guys I have question I get permit March 5 / 2019 but some reason I could not go for test and last month because of covid they was closed so I renew too but my validation date is March 5. / 2021 and expired date is jun 14 /2023 so when I try to make appointment online it’s show me I’m not eligible to make app and I will meet the permit wait time eligibility is jun14 /2021
once you turned 18 you have to retake the knowledge test & pass it. You have to schedule an appointment online to take your knowledge test . I would say just go to the dmv they will answer all your question. I went to the licensing center in Toms River
Justin Entwistle hi! i just took mine monday! i’m not gonna lie it was actually so easy it was a little suspicious lol. you basically follow where your instructor tells you to drive on this little course and parallel park, then back up in a straight line, and then you are legit done. he could ask you to do a k turn but he didn’t ask me. the funny thing was i thought i did so bad on my parallel parking (i didn’t hit any cones but i thought for sure i was more than a foot away from the curb) and i still managed to pass. the people at eatontown are so nice so you will be more than fine. good luck!! don’t stress it was probably the simplest thing i’ve done in my life. the only way you can really fail is if you hit a cone during parallel parking or not stop fully at a stop sign.

I got mine in a week did they make the parallel parking comes that wide of a gap for yours?
@@jacobl1284 No the parallel parking cones gap I could remember the instructor saying the length was 25ft .
So it was pretty small . But doable.
