- Tour debut and first performance of Butterflies & Hurricanes since 2017. Muse performing at 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland on the 27th of September 2023. The first gig in the autumn / fall 2023 UK & Ireland arena leg of the Will Of The People World Tour. Muse also acknowledged Absolution’s 20th anniversary and played a couple of deeper cuts off Absolution. An absolutely incredible show!

Chris’ backing vocals are absolutely superb, wow!
Every time I see Muse, I’m more and more amazed how amazing Chris’ backing vocals are, and how they’ve gotten even better since the last time. This show was no exception, his backing vocals are so incredible!
Chris is definitely an 😇 But, so is Dom on The Globalist. I want the whole song! He's the hidden 😇
@@koldmuse20I think B&H is a really good example because Chris' vocals start on top during the first verse where Matt is in his very low, murky register so Chris really stands out.
An underrated musician.
Absolutely. One of the reasons why I love watching their live show videos is because I can hear Chris' vocal clearly. The studio version won't help me that much LOL His voice is just so pure and blends well with Matt's voice.
The "best" after the piano , with everyone knowing what was coming and screamed "best" in unison, was the best "best" I've ever heard.
The world needs more Absolution tracks played live! Yes!

The only solution to stave off rustiness is to play this song more often!
When Matt moves from his guitar to piano and Chris just leads the way with his bassline (he makes it different from the studio version), followed by that soothing piano sound by Matt.... Lord have mercy! Even that part got me goosebumps.
my all time favourite giving me the feels from start to finish and STILL havent'managed to hear it live! hopefully next time I'll be lucky, who knows...

After many, many concerts and gigs from Muse I attended finally.... I got this live and I can still cry and don't believe I was there. But I was! As in Plymouth or the Hague or at the Eventim after Covid or Berlin, RAH, etc... But Absolution songs in Dublin, oh oh oh.

I’m sorry :( that’s about it what only a phone can do. It’s by no means a match for a proshot or proper audio equipment, but at least it’s some of kind of recording of the song and the audio isn’t all distorted like phones in the past.

I had an absolute blast! I didn’t walk away from the show feeling like I missed out, and I didn’t watch the entire thing through the screen. It’s possible to record without looking at the screen all the time and still move around, hence my footage can be shaky and in many ways imperfect, because I’m still enjoying the moment. A glance at the screen when framing is adjusted. No need to stare at it. If you feel like taking photos/videos ruins it for yourself, by all means don’t do it. But there is more than one way to enjoy a show.
I enjoy reliving the memories, and by sharing the videos to other fans, they have a chance to cherish their time at the show too. From time to time people comment that they couldn’t attend, or they weren’t a fan at the time, but they’re happy they can see and hear what it was like. There have been plenty of times where I couldn’t attend a show, but I was able to see and hear something from the show because fans took the effort to share stuff online, and I’m very grateful for them. I wish to do the same to other fans if I film stuff, especially when it comes to more rare songs like this. Sometimes a fan recording online is the only and closest way to experience it.
TL;DR I thoroughly enjoyed the show and I didn’t stare at the screen the entire show. I enjoy reliving parts of the show and by sharing it to other fans, they can look back at it as well, and those who weren’t able to attend can get a feeling what it was like.
Your video was an awesome surprise; especially since I live half way around the world, and had no idea they were playing in Ireland 🇮🇪 . I'm 25.3 percent Irish, so maybe I got lucky. Your video was the FASTEST video I've ever clicked on. It took me 34 seconds, and Chris's voice froze me. So yeah, it was an unusual day for me anyway....
The last MUSE show I went to I don't think they would've allowed my camera or phone! I was front row on the floor by a security guard and Chris; until the stage started rotating. But, I was in the jumping, sweating, shoving section. If I tried taking pics or sound, it would've sucked so bad....
