One of the best episodes 😊hope these two get to hang and work together again soon. As for collabs Gaga did some amazing work with Tony Bennett. She can definitely sing 😊 One more to throw in for consideration
poor Bill just cant relate - he sings 'Oh Danny Boy' to the fella???? its pretty simple, 'hollar' being 'hollow' to the uber-mountain folk... (ex: Sleepy Hollar if you need expanation) ... they dont always have proper lineage to the entire family tree, even sometimes a missing link with inbreeding. They cant help not being so educated in subjects that dont hold such bearing to their survival.
Can't believe someone is in the MUSIC BUSINESS and has never heard of "Danny Boy". BTW , if you want to hear the most beautiful version of it that make you weep your heart out... listen to Judith Durham's vesion (She's the lead singer of The Seekers)

Bill you sound so out of touch. You do not need to be making 400K to kill yourself with drugs. Turns out you can be homeless. This is not how addiction works... for someone with such strong beliefs the level of ignorance is impressive.
As bill would say 'ppl', once again it was not a adhomynym when I said he talks slow it was an observation and I'm from Georgia, no we dont all talk slow and it dont take us all an hour and a half to watch 60mins .. Bill doesn't get Taylor's music. Her first two albums are absolutely brilliant. If the goal is to sell records to teenage girls, it doesn't get any better. Absolutely amazing. After the first two albums though, I don't get it either.
Yes, my thoughts precisely. He is constantly stating that he refuses to hate half the country -- and yet he really does hate the people he calls "woke." For me he is a total hypocrite and in my opinion he did more to get Trump elected than any of the so called "woke."
The melody was written here in county Derry in the north of Ireland. Limavady, to be specific. It's an old Irish folk tune. And an English fella stuck on those (kinda twee, saccharine) lyrics much later.

Our ancestors ate meat because it was everywhere and we observed that animals kill each other to eat. Meat doesn't have any intrinsic value that can't be achieved with other foods but those are also derived from lives. Plants have life. So life can't be the deciding factor in our food. Our air, water, and environment are more unhealthy than most food so give that argument up.
I don't hate country music, I just dislike it to an extent that is hard to describe without using the word hate. It's not the sound, it's generally the content. So corney and smoltzy and douchy. I can dig a lot of the old stuff but it's just pop with a twang now.
