Ms. Phuong, I have a question. Would the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea support independence and/or socialist movements in places like say... Puerto Rico, which is a colonial territory of US?
How is the DPRK supposed to do that? This small country is threatened economically and militarily by imperialism and is resisting as best it can, but it cannot save the whole world from imperialism. There can be moral and ideological support but certainly no material one.
The DPRK has supported Puerto Rican revolutionaries in the past and I believe some delegations from left wing Puerto Rican parties have visited the DPRK in the past
