This channel has been a GIFT that keeps giving so thanks for sharing your list and thoughts with us. I love experiences and decided to continue something at the most basic level with a membership at The High Museum of Art here in Atlanta. The Spa in Switzerland and the spa in Thailand look amazing so it's inspired me. Now when it comes to the earrings. EXPERIENCE IS EVREYTHING. How your interaction started has already TAINTED your experience and that isn't what you want to pass on. YOU DESERVE THE BEST and so don't compromise on this because I think it will haunt you. We all come from different places, backgrounds and cultures, but RESPECT is something we all DESERVE TO HAVE and we also know when we are not receiving it. Hold you head up, put your feelers out and allow the Universe to guide you right to something that will tick all the boxes. This will be part of the LEGACY YOU SHARE with your family that they will pass on and I for one wish to hear how God will show up if you decide to share that with us.
Thank you! Experience is absoultely everything. Please say it louder! You know exactly how i feel! You are right buying them will just haunt me! I'm going to look else where.
Anesu here are a few bags I would like you to consider talking about: -The Loom Bag from Loro Piana -Savette brand -Elleme brand -The rocking horse tote from Burberry -Ylama brand -Giosa Milano -Boyy brand
I enjoy your content very much. Hestan Culinary has a lovely copper line that even works on induction. I find their cookware fantastic quality and beautiful.
We have a number of pieces of All Clad Copper Core and love them. They heat evenly. They are oven safe. They can go in the dishwasher - the copper trim does get a bit discoloured by that but it’s easy to shine up with Barkeepers Friend. We don’t have an induction range yet but plan to, and they will work with induction, whereas full copper will not. IMO Zalto glasses are more durable than they feel. We’ve had our set for about three years, use them several times a week and have never broken any. We wash ours in the dishwasher - I think that’s safer as long as you can position them so their stems are supported. Our friends who also have Zaltos have managed to break two by handwashing!
I think full copper with steel is induction friendly but All Clad will definitely be a consideration and I can't wait to start exploring. Interesting Zalto may just come back into the equation - thank you.
I am excited to hear more about your experiences with Atelier Renaud. I am very interested in their offerings. As far as the earrings, I think that I would find something else. The bad service experience may dampen your enjoyment of the beautiful jewelry.
There is never any excuse for bad service! There are definitely shops I avoid because of my experience in them. And there are other places I keep coming back to because their service is second to none (even if they are a little more expensive). You cannot tell somebody's spending power by the way they look, I would find somewhere else to spend my money (and have done in the past)!❤
Thank you for sharing your wishlist. I hope you get some for Christmas ❤ Looking forward to your bespoke shoes video. I have been looking into this for a number of years due to me having 'problem' feet. I've just finished your video. I truly detest when someone makes comments such as 'its very expensive.' I had this recently actually with a small company who make small leather accessories and shoes. I have been wanting a bespoke pair of riding boots for a number of years but had no idea where to look. I was wonderfully surprised when I saw this beautiful well made pair in their workshop. I spoke with the gentleman who made the boots and he wouldn't even tell me how much they were. He answered all my other questions regarding the quality, time making the items, source of the leather and even the process! But when I wanted to know a ballpark figure, he just said "very expensive." I'm very willing to pay for quality items that are made well and last, but he completely put me off. I won't go into a project having absolutely no idea of what things could cost. I have problem feet so I would even have a contingency in place, but I won't just wait for a bill at the end. I dont think I am asking much to know if I'm playing in the £500, £5000 or £50,000 range. In the end I opted not to work with that company because I didn't feel respected. Yes, he was generally polite, but it felt to me as though he didnt want me wearing his shoes/boots. That is fine, I wont push to prove I can afford it or that I i am worthy of his approval. If the boots had fit well and looked as beautiful as the pair I saw in the workshop I would've been a life long customer, but hey ho. Are you absolutely sure you cannot find your beautiful pair of earrings elsewhere? X
I hear you. It's tricky when a brand judges you but i guess that's the universe's way of telling you it's not for you. Well that is what i think at least. I will look for the earrings elsewhere.
I'd not care a rap about the woman and her thoughts and I'd buy the earrings that brought the most joy. But I don't care so much for the shopping experience and go for item each time. When I consider an item I want to keep for years I'd rather wait a year and buy it in an outlet than pay double for " the experience". However I've learnt from you that value is individual so I wouldn't tell you to buy earrings if the purchase will make you feel bad and will be negative for generations. Otherwise I really appreciate the way you consider which purchases you'd like to make to make your overall experience of life more positive
We have scanpan too - my husband makes the best pancakes, and typically he use two frying pan to speed up the process - we recently upgraded our ordinary scanpan frying pan to the non stick versions - very pleased with results. One thing I wondered do those copper pans have a steel core so they can be used on induction!
Cookware? Its Scan pan as per the visual. Jewellery? No intention to unless there is a context to a particular piece or designer. Handbags? I've spoken about individual bags i have or intend to buy. As per this video custom bags will be next year.
Definitely don't get the earrings from there - it'll taint your memory of them. I'd love to hear your opinion of Paspaley or perhaps Robert Wan for pearls and their earrings.
About the pearls, go to a jeweler that deals with gem quality pearls and have them make your earrings. The pearls in the shop are tainted. Even if you buy and enjoy them you will still hear that awful comment in your head. That comment does not deserve to live on your family history.
I myself care about the experience less. I'd buy the earrings and not let any ungracious person ruin it. Passing stories to your grandkids about how you were purchasing the earrings sounds a little weird to me. You were passing through the streets of London, saw the earrings and fell in love. That's all that matters. ❤❤❤

I like their stuff too but it's so difficult to come by. But i'm going to keep looking.

Hi!! I am so excited to see that you are looking into Marco Massaccesi!!
Can't wait!
I also have Scanpan and am happy with them but very curious how your experience with All Clad is! Or whatever you decide.
Stay tuned Kristen a few brands to work through.

@SoAnesu I am really happy to hear that you took cue from the universe ❤️ hope you find an even more beautiful pair soon x

Experience is just as important as the product I think and I'm learning with age to not compromise on that.

The comment is currently living rent free in my head! I will go through a dealer.
