देशाचं सर्वोच्च स्थान म्हणजे राष्ट्रपती. या पदावर बसणारी व्यक्ती स्वच्छ चारित्र्य आणि जनमान्यता असणारी असावी असं अपेक्षित असत. यापूर्वी डॉ.एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम, डॉ.राधाकृष्णन अशा राजकारणा बाहेरच्या दिग्गज व्यक्तिमत्वांनी हे पद भूषवल. याच मांदियाळीत आणखी एक नाव झळकल असत पण काही कारणांनी ते शक्य झालं नाही. ते नाव म्हणजे थोर समाजसुधारक अण्णा हजारे. जवळपास सगळं काही फिक्स असताना नेमकं असं काय घडलं होतं कि अण्णा हजारे यांची राष्ट्रपती पदाची संधी हुकली.. हेच आपण पाहू
