So glad they end up living a happy life together! James has cared for her since the beginning, it may have been just business first, but then it became personal real fast. This is the best slow burning romance!
They don’t show too much romantic scenes. Keeping each other safe is a way to show their deep love. The first time she says “ I love you” to him is in the last episode, when she decides to get out of that business. She loves him and she is ready to show her feelings when the time comes.

Yes!! Everyone tries to compare them, but she's just a different person then before so fits with a different person.
She struggled for a while to let go of her innocence, which is sort of symbolized by her struggle to let go of Güero.
