Thanks for sharing that Lewis! It's not all sunshine and rainbows is it. I think the seasons have a big effect on morale as well as other things too. Come spring, lots of things will be better :) I look forward to following the journey!

The hardest part is getting back into it after time off. Just get back into a routine and take it slow with some zone 2 work and hit some weights or bodyweight stuff 2-3 times a week or every morning for 15 minutes, nothing crazy, just go by how you feel. Concentrate on one discipline for a while.
Definitely agree! Dog walking and a few sessions a week with no pressure is definitely helping. I’m using this month as a general ease into January where I will pick back up 🙌🏻
