      @@benbai5808 He said it himself he's only beating pure bluffs, a bluff into 3 people on the river (pot sized) after all that action, on that board idk.

    Double had the chance to shove flop and especially turn when checked to him. Anyone with a jack is shoving that turn on a really wet board except JTs.

      Idk, if I was in that spot would be worried about JT, TT, and Q9 of diamonds. Obviously seeing the cards we know it's good but I don't think I would take that line

    Double M should have sent it on the flop, Bill would fold and Bobo would call, then JR probably call because of the price

    Very laxed on that betting line Charles puts chips out then takes chips back

    • @nandisaand5287

      There's no betting line. Its not enforced anyway. Super doubtful Charles was pulling an angle

      When you play against people you know, no one uses a betting line. It’s just clear forward motion and there is trust no one is angling.

    not sure why DM took so long fold. Bill showed a lot of strength first to act with 3 players behind him. He either had a made boat on the turn or he got there on the river with his draw. Pair of kings is way to weak to call on that board.

      Yeah he is. He just prefers to gamble. Charles is very talented. The easiest thing in the world to do is play tight aggressive in position.
      The difference between how Charles plays and 90% of everyone else…IS THAT CHARLES IS A SKILLED ENOUGH PLAYER TO NAVIGATE POST FLOP, IN OR OUT OF POSITION, WITH ANY 2, AND NOT GET COMPLETELY CRUSHED.
      Yeah from time to time he’s gonna make dumb plays that don’t work out. The level of difficulty of trying to play poker in the style he does is off the charts.
      Charles comes to gamble. And he’s extremely difficult to play against. His range is uncapped. He could Obv tighten up, lower his vpip from 45-50s to 25-30.. and beat the game easily if he wanted too.
      So could Keating. It’s a show. The regulars gamble - Nik, Henry , Charles,Ben, and occasionally double M. Then guys like Dave , Dario, and usually 1 other random are there to play straight forward, ABC , standard poker.
      I cannot stress enough it’s a show. Charles is one of the more talented , almost “athletic” poker players you’ll see on stream anywhere.
      Edit- for example Jabril or whoever he is … sat there for 6+ hours, played super tight, trying his very best to book 10-20-30K profit… playing extremely tight and using that image to win a couple small pots unless he has the nuts. He ended up down 30k last I saw. But the skill level between those 2 is so ridiculously far apart it can’t be measured.

    • @benbai5808
      @benbai5808 Рік тому +2

      perfect analysis. Charles also made a stunning fold once that many couldn’t do w 54 full only realistically losing to nines and queens. People were also clowning double M as a rec when in reality it’s obvious they’re both extremely respectable experts. I’ve seen Bill punt so much, not punting but taking excellent advantage of his image, and he literally did it here again deciding to rep/raise an aggressive defense of a made hand on the flop. Double M didn’t believe he was behind on the flop, but figured it out the river jam despite the fact that he knew that Bill would FOR SURE done the same thing if he missed. Bill plays to win. Well done to both.
