I used to share on FB but unfortunately I’ve been “canceled” for some sensitive political subject I guess 😃 The flag was from a small business I used to own, oh dear how I miss that garden I’ve created.
This garden used be opened to the public in the past when the previous owner belonged to a rhododendron garden club, I heard that every spring, buses filled with garden lovers came visit. I’ve been asked to open for parties and weddings, but there are too many regulations and accusations these days, it’s better to share in UA-cam, you all are so wonderful! Also, as you noticed, the moments I’ve captured are either early in the morning or at sunset, and some special weather conditions, they don’t appear magical in some people’s eyes in ordinary days if they don’t understand the difference between gardens and public parks. I want to creat a peaceful sanctuary not a wow factor, like the Butchart garden I just visited hahah… have a blessed day Mary🌹

Yunan, you have indeed captured your vision of a peaceful sanctuary. I do love the golden hours in the garden also. Seems like the foul and animals in your area love that time of the day too . I can’t even begin to imagine what it would be like to see bears or turkeys walking in my garden!

Girl sitting on the stump is Alexandra, the other is Nina, they ware named by the Italian sculptor whom created them, I got them years ago from Henry Studio, quite a few urns too, aren’t they beautiful? Thank you! You definitely can make a beautiful and colorful garden in your zone! Just keep in mind using native plants as much as possible, not only they thrive and last, great for the wildlife too🦋🐝🐛🐸🐞🐿

Henry studio has beautiful stuff, I was looking for Alexandra and Nina but I don’t think they have them anymore; “Lamp Plus” store has Emily on a stump, a 39” tall beautiful girl and the new version for Nina is Dorothy a 42” girl. I really like Nina much better with her dress and hair style, she is my very favorite one. They both are quite an investment , I would have to save for years to get one of them😊. Native plants are a great suggestion, thank you Yunan! Have a wonderful day!.

你好！感謝光臨！我這裡只有一棵，應該很老了，至少有二三十年吧。不過紫藤繁殖能力極強，且生性放蕩不羈甚至會霸凌😀一個季節一根枝子能長9呎！一年至少要修剪兩次，二月和八月，另外還要不斷地拔掉地上比比皆是的小苗。愛美的代價還是值得的。這個視頻是去年的，可謂萬紫，但今年零碎開了一些就作罷了，大概和我們女人一樣，生完了孩子得歇一會兒，然後再燦爛。花園裏再會咯🐻🐝🐸
