Flexible delay time to re-lock. This was a winner for me. The Yale lock has a fixed re-lock time of three minutes. For an interior garage door, I spent a lot of time unlocking the door each time I ran to the garage for a different tool.

My son went to use fingerprint but his hands were dirty and didn’t recognize him ,after a few times it locked him out, then I came home and it wouldn’t recognize me or let us use our code or swipe card.
Is it suppose to lock everyone out & all other access for everyone if it doesn’t recognize 1 person? Ty

Hey man I just got the same smart lock but I got a problem, when I try to lock the door from outside I’m supposed to hold # for two seconds and that’s it. I do it and the bolt doesn’t do anything, It only moves a little bit and starts to beep. Do you know what could It be?
