I fell asleep to this last night and I could’ve sworn I felt my soul leave my body, I felt tingling/twitching throughout my body. Later this morning I had a dream where I was able to talk to a bird and this bird was reincarnated as my significant other. We were at a beach which was our lil date and omg, I felt so loved and cared for once I woke up, I just had the energy to do a lot of things today😭 I know it might not be that deep to anyone else but it gave me motivation that I had been lacking and I feel that it’s personal. Definitely will be listening to this again tonight.

@ First of all i set my intentions with this meditation straight, then i lay in my bed, listen to it with headphones, focus on the forehead (where the third eye is) and i try to be aware of the fact that im contacting my higher state of consciousness. I also keep a notepad by my side since new ideas and perspectives often come up.

I closed my eyes and I have feel like I was in space visiting other planets , suns and galaxies .. flying through the space , felt so light like a feather
🧘♂️THE TECHNIQUE👁️ The goal of this technique is to activate your pineal gland. But we're not going to just activate it, we're going to pop it open like a freakin pimple! Begin by laying down in a safe place. Do a basic meditation to relax your body and clear your mind. Once you are relaxed, you are going to start squeezing and expanding your brain. Your brain is literally like a muscle that you can expand and flex just like your bicep. Bring your focus to your forehead and try squeezing and expanding your frontal lobe. Concentrate and keep trying until you can get it. Once you can feel it moving then move to the center of your brain and do the same thing. After a few minutes move to the back of your brain where the claustrum is located. Once you get the hang of it, start doing it in a wave motion from the front to the back. Continue squeezing and expanding repeatedly until you can start to feel the fluids moving, such as mucus running down the back of your throat. Some people, myself included, experience something that sounds and feels like a crust breaking off the outside of your brain, this is normal. The objective is to get your brain working, you have never used it like this before. Once you get the fluids moving you want to push the fluid from the Claustrum in the back of the brain down the back of the spine and back up the front. Using your back muscles, push the fluid down the back of your spine to the bottom. Squeezing your muscles in your lower area like your buttocks and sphincter. Then start pushing the fluid up the front of your spine. Men as well as women have kegel muscles, use these like a pump. Pumping the fluid up the front of the spine. Using your stomach and your chest muscles, continue pushing the fluid up the front of your spine into your brain. Continue repeating this pattern, from the front of your brain to the back of your brain, down the back of your spine to the bottom, and up the front of your spine into your brain. Repeat this process as long as you can. When I did this I was not staring at a clock but it felt like an hour. Realistically I would say 15 to 30 minutes. I did it until all of a sudden I couldn't close my eyes! Not even to blink. This lasted for several minutes. At first I thought I broke my brain! As soon as I was able to relax enough to barely close my eyes, I slipped... Some things to note: 1. If this does not work the first time try decalcifying your brain for six months and then come back and try again. I put in a reverse osmosis machine under my kitchen sink for $150.00 and I quit using fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland which is what we are trying to activate. 2. Some of the ancient text talk about sexual abstinence in order to get this to work. I refrained from having sex for two weeks before I did this. It may or may not matter. 3. Make sure you are in a good place in your head and that you have pure thoughts. Because if you don't, you won't go all the way to the end and meet the Light. 4. I know to a lot of people this sounds weird, (like it's not already weird) but you need to make sure that the Moon is in your Sun Star sign. The Moon affects the fluids in your body and helps the Oil be created. 5. This last one is a warning . Working on yourself is important beforehand so that you have the best positive experience you can. Also you need those skills for afterwards. I was super high for about 2 weeks and then I became insanely negative. It took a lot of hard work to crawl out of that hole, so you need to be prepared for that mentally. Make sure you have some good meditation techniques. Maybe have a friend handy to lean on a little. In my experience I was granted one wish and gifted with a vision. The Light touched my heart in order to fix it so that I could love my family properly, and it showed me that everyone on Earth has this Light inside of them. Everyone will have their own experience. I’ll listen everyday now this was my first 20 minutes and I VISUALIZED ALOT DID in my car because I’m homeless and seen a lot changing in my future for the better. Felt my car shaking and all. That 3rd. Eye activation is one of the most effective I’ve ever experienced in the decades I’ve been meditating, and I’ve had some powerful experiences. I’ve never experienced my soul as overcoming my physical body.
that is cause allot of third eye music is just music with a simple sound tone...perhaps chakra related...basically very ineffective. one must use many stimulation methods of sound for truly powerful meditations:) glad you loved it! happy elevating!
Is that correct i have never opened my third eye, but have currently started meditation and i saw a comment not to do this unless u have experience with opening your third eye, cos u can go in a trance and get stuck in another realm. So ive always been frightened to try it and other people have told me you see aliens and other entitys is this correct or b...s..., would appreciate your opionion thx.
This one here is indeed powerful. For the very first time in my 29 years of existence, I lucid dream! I wasn't even asking for it, it just happened when I slept after listening to this.
I hope that happens to me with this track. I have a really hard time with lucid dreaming despite attempting so many methods. Personally, I believe any person who advertises that their product will guarantee a lucid dream on the first night upon using it should be punished for false advertising. That's just my opinion, though. And I don't see that on this video. Still hopeful, though.

This one is good, I touched the barier on this and went through for a brief second. It's got like 3 levels to it. After each you feel like you made it through some sort of blockage in yourself and go deeper into subconscious. After 3rd pass magic happens. You become "transparent" and everything comes through you, you feel yourself at the deepest levels. Thank you very very much for this tune, it really made miracles for me.

There is no way to open your third eye by listening to this. The only device for opening third eye is Zen and Tao. Opening third eye is not easy! You need to understand human mind and no-mind! By just listening to this, there is no way to reach understanding!

holy shit. i listened for a little over 18 minutes and my forehead is VIBRATING! as i was typing this out, my dog let me know she wanted to go outside, so i took her outside. there was a caterpillar on the floor mat just outside the back door. i walked to the fence and back. couldn't have been more than 20 seconds. i went to go look at the caterpillar again and it was GONE! i looked up caterpillars just to see if there was any kind of significance and it said "They are considered a symbol of transformation, since they are born from a cocoon after being mere caterpillars. Many people find inspiration from the butterfly and its ability to undergo extreme change." WTF?????
You're def not exaggerating with this one... for from the start and I especially loved that it hasn't given me a headache so far as there's no annoying noises in your productions and no negative feeling. I feel instantly calmer. I’ve noticed the feeling of my third eye opening when I’m trying to or go to sleep. Recently i started seeing shapes and lights and especially the sun. Like a biblical sun. Idk how to explain it man.

Thanks so much. Im also the person who creates all the music here. Its what i love and i dont like people getting the wrong ideas. Sometimes i need people to understand thats spirituality can be practical also. Its just i create these for enjoyment and stimulation and mostly for meditation in a creative way. 37:19 . This was such a intense energy for me in the beginning. A lot of my fears played in my vision and I decided to stay and face them instead of be afraid and turn the music off. At points during my meditation , my thoughts sank up with the bells and angelic music. I channeled the sun’s energy to help me clear a fear of mine and the music went angelic . I saw visions of my past lives as many animals. Dominant with birds.

It really is amazing! I've been listening two these third eye- opening sounds at night when falling asleep and I've been experiencing very detailed dreams of people that have passed away. Not only that, but it has also been showing me images full of great emotion.
The younger you are the better this works. I used to listen to these tones back in 2007 and had almost always results. Now it's a bit more difficult. I found that one-pointed concentration on an imaginary dot when eyes closed complements these audio things fairly well. You then tend to forget the tones, influencing the subconscious more directly. Concentrate with all your strength, all your power, all your love.
It's not so much the younger u are the better it works exactly...but in a way, l the healthier you are the better it works. The most dehydrated the less results you get. I know that as a fact based on my own experience. The most intoxicated my body is ,the less that it works. Being on water while listening it it takes to another level as well. Try it 😊

this was really powerful. I started off with a couple of deep breaths. I visualized my heart, connected to a cord, making its way to the center of my forehead, where it showed my closed third eye- , i felt..heavy.. after a while, my third eye would slowly open and I saw a WHOLE different world..i saw blue leaves, pink grass, i envisioned a planet in my hands and I have control. While visualizing i chanted- some kind of spiritual manifestation chant, (which i somehow forgot) ...but it was powerful- I feel- relaxed, heavy- i sense things are about to change...My spiritual awakening journey has just begun, thank you💜
please remember that opening your third eye can also be very dangerous. get close with yourself and make sure you have no bad thoughts as you are doing this. once your third eye is open you cannot go back. you will see people’s auras and who they truly are, you will also see spirits, entity’s and energies but i think it depends on where you are at in your spiritual journey

Day 1: Listened for 21 minutes and I swear it does not feel like it. Currently 8:27 AM, and meditated in bed. I did not feel instant third eye tingling or vibration until I started to say what I wanted (things of affirmation) and called to my spirit guides. I heard noises in my room after about minute 6-7. I did not let this freak me out. I continue and felt pressure in my third eye region. Whenever I would breathe in, I felt that breath bubbled like a jelly fish moving upwards. I almost felt like my breathing was allowing me to go higher. My body also felt unreal as I was breathing. I said my affirmations from my Vision Board and transmitted images of the events I want to happen. I stopped meditating at the 21 minute mark. When I opened my eyes, immediate tingling over my entire body, but what I found weird is that this tingling felt surreal, fake, but it did happen. I felt peaceful, determined and amazed. As this was playing, I thought about dreaming about the beach, a few minutes later, I fall asleep. While sleeping, I have a really strong dream about going to the beach. Pretty scary.
You need to if doing things like this, also live by service to others, help the poor and needy, dont be selfish or greedy, dont set heart on things of the world. Otherwise if your aligned to service to self frequecys in daily living and action only such will gain power over you.

This recording has been incredible - within 10-20 mins of listening , I started seeing indigo and violet clouds swirling and firming in my mind- after listening fir a few days, the spot on my forehead would start feeling very hot - the more belief and faith you have that this will work, the quicker and more powerful the effects will be - this is one of my go to recordings , thanks!

chastidy heckman release all of the tension in your body, lie yourself in a crusifix position, or sit on your shins and stretch your knees in front of you and collapse into a prayers position, it doesn’t require religious purpose it just feels quite nice on the joints when meditating to have your weight fully supported, posture is everything when getting comfortable enough to take a wink and daydream by an open window
Yes me too, it almost felt as if my eyes were going crazy when they were closed. I could feel the vibration and seeing this I couldn't recognize, images made of bright light. I'll watch the whole thing later 🤗
After smoking some dank and laying down preparing for astral travel, I started to drift in my unconscious imagination, and out of nowhere bam my forehead felt like it got popped intensely, and I jump up looking around to see what was going on, and my body was in sinc with the vibration, I laid back down and had an intense astral travel experience.
I got five minutes in and I was vividly day dreaming a scenario- a good one. I am unsure if it was my imagination running away or if it was a message of some sort! Xxx going to re- start again. This is brilliant. Xxx 🙌❤️
After about 7 minutes with my eyes closed i had this really strong and vivid image of a really pale face( alien like) staring at me. I was really scared because it hit instantly and all of a sudden my heart started beating really fast

I did this and I instantly felt more pressure between my eyebrows and slightly up a bit, my 3rd eye is definitely opening. I felt like I was in a trance the whole time and I kept jolting forwards and then backwards.. Also saw lots of blue and purple colours. At one point I thi k I heard a voice? @@sully8897 Your right, binaurel beats are 100% more effective when wearing headphones and noise canceling even better.. The brain creates the "beat" frequency so it needs to have the 'The Carrier' frequency and 'The Offset' frequency panned hard left and hard right... this only happens when listening via headphones.. speakers in laptops for example make the signal more mono so the brain cant create the required "beat" frequency.
Even though I already had a lot of experiences, with the aching alone, vivid dreams, seeing shadow people, i really think this could heighten my senses. I'll get back to you tomorrow on this.

But I have been more in tune with spirits, and my dreams foretold my ass getting left by the bus the day it happened ..which is pretty wild if you ask me. But it wasn't the day i listened, I do feel more tension on my third eye especially when i look at tarot readings but that's it.

It says warning because sometimes the thing in your way .. is you. Sat with this for a few hours before I could wrap my head around it, but from what I understand this helped remove a mental block. Went to sleep to this and had a vivid nightmare about a formless monster. When I got up the courage to face it it turned out to be none other than (basically) the people I care for that don't care for me in return. I fell asleep to this last night and I could’ve sworn I felt my soul leave my body, I felt tingling/twitching throughout my body. Later this morning I had a dream where I was able to talk to a bird and this bird was reincarnated as my significant other. We were at a beach which was our lil date and omg, I felt so loved and cared for once I woke up, I just had the energy to do a lot of things today😭 I know it might not be that deep to anyone else but it gave me motivation that I had been lacking and I feel that it’s personal. Definitely will be listening to this again tonight.

@ First of all i set my intentions with this meditation straight, then i lay in my bed, listen to it with headphones, focus on the forehead (where the third eye is) and i try to be aware of the fact that im contacting my higher state of consciousness. 🧘♂️THE TECHNIQUE👁️
The goal of this technique is to activate your pineal gland. But we're not going to just activate it, we're going to pop it open like a freakin pimple! Begin by laying down in a safe place. Do a basic meditation to relax your body and clear your mind. Once you are relaxed, you are going to start squeezing and expanding your brain. Your brain is literally like a muscle that you can expand and flex just like your bicep. Bring your focus to your forehead and try squeezing and expanding your frontal lobe. Concentrate and keep trying until you can get it. Once you can feel it moving then move to the center of your brain and do the same thing. After a few minutes move to the back of your brain where the claustrum is located. Once you get the hang of it, start doing it in a wave motion from the front to the back. Continue squeezing and expanding repeatedly until you can start to feel the fluids moving, such as mucus running down the back of your throat. Some people, myself included, experience something that sounds and feels like a crust breaking off the outside of your brain, this is normal. The objective is to get your brain working, you have never used it like this before. Once you get the fluids moving you want to push the fluid from the Claustrum in the back of the brain down the back of the spine and back up the front. Using your back muscles, push the fluid down the back of your spine to the bottom. Squeezing your muscles in your lower area like your buttocks and sphincter. Then start pushing the fluid up the front of your spine. Men as well as women have kegel muscles, use these like a pump. Pumping the fluid up the front of the spine. Using your stomach and your chest muscles, continue pushing the fluid up the front of your spine into your brain. Continue repeating this pattern, from the front of your brain to the back of your brain, down the back of your spine to the bottom, and up the front of your spine into your brain. Repeat this process as long as you can. When I did this I was not staring at a clock but it felt like an hour. Realistically I would say 15 to 30 minutes. I did it until all of a sudden I couldn't close my eyes! Not even to blink. This lasted for several minutes. At first I thought I broke my brain! As soon as I was able to relax enough to barely close my eyes, I slipped...
Some things to note:
1. If this does not work the first time try decalcifying your brain for six months and then come back and try again. I put in a reverse osmosis machine under my kitchen sink for $150.00 and I quit using fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland which is what we are trying to activate.
2. Some of the ancient text talk about sexual abstinence in order to get this to work. I refrained from having sex for two weeks before I did this. It may or may not matter.
3. Make sure you are in a good place in your head and that you have pure thoughts. Because if you don't, you won't go all the way to the end and meet the Light.
4. I know to a lot of people this sounds weird, (like it's not already weird) but you need to make sure that the Moon is in your Sun Star sign. The Moon affects the fluids in your body and helps the Oil be created.
5. This last one is a warning . Working on yourself is important beforehand so that you have the best positive experience you can. Also you need those skills for afterwards. I was super high for about 2 weeks and then I became insanely negative. It took a lot of hard work to crawl out of that hole, so you need to be prepared for that mentally. Make sure you have some good meditation techniques. Maybe have a friend handy to lean on a little. In my experience I was granted one wish and gifted with a vision. The Light touched my heart in order to fix it so that I could love my family properly, and it showed me that everyone on Earth has this Light inside of them. Everyone will have their own experience. That 3rd. Eye activation is one of the most effective I’ve ever experienced in the decades I’ve been meditating, and I’ve had some powerful experiences. I’ve never experienced my soul as overcoming my physical body.

This one is good, I touched the barier on this and went through for a brief second. It's got like 3 levels to it. After each you feel like you made it through some sort of blockage in yourself and go deeper into subconscious. After 3rd pass magic happens. 37:19 . This was such a intense energy for me in the beginning. A lot of my fears played in my vision and I decided to stay and face them instead of be afraid and turn the music off. At points during my meditation , my thoughts sank up with the bells and angelic music.

Third eye meditation should not be practiced without balanced root and heart chakra. You may harm yourself and others as well.
The younger you are the better this works. I used to listen to these tones back in 2007 and had almost always results. Now it's a bit more difficult. I found that one-pointed concentration on an imaginary dot when eyes closed complements these audio things fairly well. You then tend to forget the tones, influencing the subconscious more directly. Concentrate with all your strength, all your power, all your love.

I started yesterday with this audio and I can say that I felt more smart and secure about myself and today I start to use my brain more and thinking clear. Hope this audio keep doing it and open my third eye soon.

this was really powerful. I started off with a couple of deep breaths. I visualized my heart, connected to a cord, making its way to the center of my forehead, where it showed my closed third eye- , i felt..heavy.. after a while, my third eye would slowly open and I saw a WHOLE different world..i saw blue leaves, pink grass, i envisioned a planet in my hands and I have control. While visualizing i chanted- some kind of spiritual manifestation chant, (which i somehow forgot) ...but it was powerful- I feel- relaxed, heavy- i sense things are about to change...My spiritual awakening journey has just begun, thank you💜

please remember that opening your third eye can also be very dangerous. get close with yourself and make sure you have no bad thoughts as you are doing this. once your third eye is open you cannot go back. you will see people’s auras and who they truly are, you will also see spirits, entity’s and energies but i think it depends on where you are at in your spiritual journey

Day 1: Listened for 21 minutes and I swear it does not feel like it.
Currently 8:27 AM, and meditated in bed. I did not feel instant third eye tingling or vibration until I started to say what I wanted (things of affirmation) and called to my spirit guides. I heard noises in my room after about minute 6-7. I did not let this freak me out. I continue and felt pressure in my third eye region. Whenever I would breathe in, I felt that breath bubbled like a jelly fish moving upwards. I almost felt like my breathing was allowing me to go higher. My body also felt unreal as I was breathing. I said my affirmations from my Vision Board and transmitted images of the events I want to happen. I stopped meditating at the 21 minute mark. When I opened my eyes, immediate tingling over my entire body, but what I found weird is that this tingling felt surreal, fake, but it did happen. I felt peaceful, determined and amazed. After smoking some dank and laying down preparing for astral travel, I started to drift in my unconscious imagination, and out of nowhere bam my forehead felt like it got popped intensely, and I jump up looking around to see what was going on, and my body was in sinc with the vibration, I laid back down and had an intense astral travel experience.
I got five minutes in and I was vividly day dreaming a scenario- a good one. I am unsure if it was my imagination running away or if it was a message of some sort! Xxx going to re- start again. This is brilliant. Xxx 🙌❤️
After about 7 minutes with my eyes closed i had this really strong and vivid image of a really pale face( alien like) staring at me. I was really scared because it hit instantly and all of a sudden my heart started beating really fast

@@sully8897 Your right, binaurel beats are 100% more effective when wearing headphones and noise canceling even better.. The brain creates the "beat" frequency so it needs to have the 'The Carrier' frequency and 'The Offset' frequency panned hard left and hard right... this only happens when listening via headphones.. speakers in laptops for example make the signal more mono so the brain cant create the required "beat" frequency.

But I have been more in tune with spirits, and my dreams foretold my ass getting left by the bus the day it happened ..which is pretty wild if you ask me. But it wasn't the day i listened, I do feel more tension on my third eye especially when i look at tarot readings but that's it.

Sat with this for a few hours before I could wrap my head around it, but from what I understand this helped remove a mental block.
Went to sleep to this and had a vivid nightmare about a formless monster. When I got up the courage to face it it turned out to be none other than (basically) the people I care for that don't care for me in return. Like saying giving love to those that don't love you isn't just hurtful, it's also very draining. Water being life, unfruitful connections are as leaky pipes.
Cut 'em off & get closure on those wounds.
Like some say; Don't chase the things you think you deserve. Align with your best self & magnetize to attract what's yours. What's yours will come to you by itself.
