  • Public Transportations in South Australia or anywhere in Australia are accessible.
And there are range of transportations that you may use including:
Buses - plenty of buses around Adelaide and surrounding towns
Trams - runs from Glenelg to Adelaide City; free tram ride starting from South Terrace tram station
until Adelaide Entertainment Centre or Adelaide Botanic Gardens
Trains - runs from North to South, East to Western parts of Adelaide
Uber - download an app and there are plenty of uber running including countryside
    Didi - download an app
Taxi - just call them to pick you up
If you want to travel Adelaide using buses, trams or trains, I recommend you to buy Adelaide Metro Card because the fare is cheaper than the ticket. For example if you buy 1 ticket (single trip ) is
$ 3.80, if you use your metro card, you will only pay $1.80 during not peak times 9:01am - 2:59 pm.
To know more about Adelaide metro, please visit their website:
    adelaidemetro....
so you will be informed about what type of card you should buy, where to buy metro tickets or cards and the fares.

recharging metrocard online is a horrible experience - it is not reflected online for many hours. Web says 24hrs after validation. Ridiculous ! You can validate on bus only short time after recharge and show extra credit long b4 shown online. They need to fix this. EVERY change to metrocard should be know by whole network in < 1hr or its broken.

Just to let all you know. You don't actually have to hail the bus in the city nor do you need to press the bell. ALL STOPS IN THE CITY ARE COMPOLSURY! Sick of people hailing the bus or pressing the bell for these stops. If you want to know what the compulsory stops are, ask your bus driver or Adelaide Metro. Thanks.

Yeah but it becomes a habit cause if you don’t hail the bus outside of the city and if the drivers a prick they’ll blow pass you then stop further down to heckle you

@@tobesxd it bothers me because some moron put "Hail bus" on every compulsory stop. Is that's the case then what's the point of having compulsory stops anymore?
Also some people have memory of a gold fish when I've told them multiple times that the bell isn't necessary for these particular stops yet they forget the next day (regular pax). You get my frustrations now?

    • @Crippsyify
      @Crippsyify Рік тому

@@takeru51 Outside the city is different. Inner city have compulsory stops. If you are staring at your phone or if it doesn't look like you have any intentions to catch a bus then the driver will just keep going.
