Honestly the way players react to this gimmick is what gets me. Love how the friendly engie was trying to "upgrade" you, and the enemy spy actually "sapped" you, or that time half your team was just staring at you Good stuff.

hey Sam!, since noticed you are really good at roleplaying as a sentry i advise you to put this on the console commands: bind "e" +right bind "q" +left it will basically make it so that every time you press these keys, the game will spin the engie for you, good luck on your sentry roleplaying!

To upgrade this gimmick i perhaps have ideas… Lvl1: you can use any pistol because you aint a mini sentry Lvl 2: if an engineer hits you with any wrench you can switch to panic attack or widowmaker and still use pistol. Lvl 3: if you have a soldier buddy near you then you become a lvl 3 sentry! Mini: if somebody hits you with the wrangler then u are stuck with basic pistol Moving: If an engineer has a box in his hands then you are OBLIGATED to follow him until he drops it. Wrangled: if somebody is holding the wrangler near you than you have to shoot where they are pointing it. PyBro: If a pybro is near you when a spy is sapping you or near you, then you can kill the spy. Other than that im out of ideas
How about doing a theme for cosmetic loadouts? Like the head of the dead, bubble pipe and space suit for pyro to make a Y-17 Trauma Suit from Fallout New Vegas Nostromo Napalmer, flare gun, and third degree/hot hand
