Does Kripp have an editor? the only reason i can think of why his videos are always outdated when they release is because he does it all himself which is fair enough
I believe his wife, Rania, does the editing, and after that they just queue up videos on YT

As a person who doesn't watch his twitch content I don't really care
I imagine he has 5+ videos lined up at all times ready to go out and so that’s why the channel transitions to new updates a little slow. It’s just the price we pay for consistent daily content.
