Ramadan Mubarak ☪️. I always love to make from scratch cinnamon-date buns, and they taste just amazing but instead of dates syrup I use pitted soaked dates. One advice for the doughnuts, first add sugar, yeast and warm milk to the bowl and let it sit and bubble up(proof) for at least 5 min, then add to the bowl with the flour and whisked eggs. And other thing is you don’t need fancy doughnut cutter, all what you need is rolling pin and glass or mug , roll out your dough but keep it thick and cut with the glass your doughnuts, place it on baking paper as will be easier to transfer to the hot oil+won’t loose shape. Xx

Assalamualaykum sister. I’ve just watched your recent UA-cam video - love your videos sis. I just wanted to share that the paper the ready rolled pastry sheets is parchment paper! You can use that in the oven too, cut/make the pastries and use that for the base of the pastries on your oven tray! Hope that helps/info is useful - defo has helped me in the past. We have been using date syrup for years it’s a Bengali tradition to make handesh for Eid. Try to make it, your kids will love it. It is a sweet snack deep fried made with rice flour and molasses. You can find recipes on UA-cam if you don’t know what it is.
Oooh the mango milk cake looks amazing, I usually make biscoff and Oreo milk cake on Eid, I shall certainly try mango one in Shaa Allah, doughnuts and rolls look yummy too, where do you get these ideas from, Genius ❤️
