He's done Geoff x4 for videos for Monster Mash, House of the Rising Sun, Blackbird, and Misty Mountains. Oops. Sorry. Misty Mountains was the title used by Peter Hollens and Tim Foust. Same song but Geoff Castallucci did it under the title Far Over the Misty Mountains Cold. Another correction: for the cover of the Beatles' Blackbird there were up to 5 Geoffs on screen at a time. Toward the end of Take Me Home Country Roads the Geoff walking down the road joins the 4 Geoffs standing at a fence. There are 4 Geoffs in The Headless Horseman, but three of them are only the heads. All these videos are fun to watch and amazing to listen to.

The snapping is part of the original by Tennessee Ernie Ford - when the orchestra leader asked Ford to snap the tempo he wanted. They so liked the effect of the snapping, it was part of Ford's rendition. The set here and the use of the tools as instruments was GREAT. Geoff uses minimal, but very effective music in all his 'solo' work. I Blackbird, he even plays the electronic keyboard.
You'll notice VP and Geoff both using snapping to enhance some of their songs. Geoff even uses things like snapping shut a Zippo lighter to great effect in House of the Rising Sun.

Thanks, Kent! Geoff's an amazing singer, and yes, he did sing all 4 parts. The side-by-side four part format is the same as Julia Westlin's a cappella creations we enjoyed so much a few years ago.

Yeah that was me. :) It put me in mind of records from my youth. Can't now name one but it struck me as a fitting description.
