I normally take the drum out to do heaters, seen a couple where you haven't. Gonna try it, maybe save some time. Love the videos, keep em coming. It's cool to see different techs in the field.
Damn man. I just started. I'm just with 2 warranty companies and I would be lucky to make that in a month right now. I hope I can pull those kind of days one day.
Good stuff. You probably already know but some may not...most stoves can be calibrated manually to adjust temp display by 5 degree increments. So if it is off by 5 or 10 degrees, it can be manually adjusted to show the correct temp. Info is usually contained in the operation manual.
There is a kit to stop that frost from building up around that fan motor. (at least the engineers say so) it dose cost more and needs a software update. I can get you part numbers if needed
Hey Mike your videos have been so helpful. Not just the repair side but the whole picture: professionalism, keeping a calm demeanor etc. Mindset. Important stuff. Anyway I just learned something about Florida - there's some amount of tornadoes down there! I never knew that and have thought about moving down there. Are they any concern for you and your business? Thanks as always much appreciated.
started my first week learning appliance repairs under an experienced tech. a lot of info to take in and i understand it's a learning process any advice for a beginner?
Hi! What kind of software do you use to keep your own records of the warranty calls and non warranty parts? I’m running things for my husband and things are getting complicated with parts and authos and stuff. Thanks!

Biggest flaw to Whirlpool. Their racks break. Otherwise decent dishwashers.
