I was told by my nutritionist to completely avoid sugar(even fruit) in the morning. 2-3 berries at the end of the breakfast is fine but to consume the entire fruit first, I am not so sure.

You should not eat sugar first thing in the morning. Eat something savory so it does not spike your blood sugar. You can add a little bit of fruit. But eating a plate of mango will definitely cause your blood sugar to spike
Getting your sugar spike with some natural sugars is nothing wrong and it's natural. And you can move around like 10min walk or any workout you'd like after eating and it's going to control your sugar levels. You don't have to worry about it unless you're a diabetic patient or insulin resistant

I don't know...this diet involves too much focus on food and meal time prep, etc. Your diet must be your absolute priority over everything else to make this work even remotely.
Everything goes haywire the moment you have a child. Its not humanly possible to cook separate food for you, your spouse and your kid. Try feeding a besan chila to your 8 year old with beetrooot, carrots and broccoli 😂 its great advice though.
Overall a great video but you lost me at replacing oil with ghee/clarified butter for someone trying to loss weight!! I am a Board certified internist and weight loss physician. Ghee is really high in saturated fat and is a primary driver of insulin resistance and thus obesity. It's actually a strong factor for why South East Asians have one of the highest risk for cardiovascular disease globally despite being inclined towards a vegetarian diet.
For evening snacks I too have plain murmura(muri) with few drops of mustard oil. And the quantity is barely half a bowl. Drink a lot of water then. And, my cravings are gone. Otherwise if I open zomato then, everytime I end up ordering junks that drain my money too😭

Where's any protein in this diet?? Eating healthy isn't just enough, Where's the balance. Having mostly just carb heavy meals like most indian families, the insulin spike is going to be way too much
If you're doing heavy weight training then you should definitely onsume like 1.8 to 2g of protein per kg of your body weight and you increase it upto 2.5g of protein per kg of your body weight.
