Fundamentals of Proteomics Workshop 2024 - Overview

This is the first video of the Fundamentals of Proteomics Workshop that was held at the IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics spring workshop. In this video we outline the agenda for the day, explain about the purpose of the National Resource, introduce the members of the Resource and those attending the workshop, define global proteomics, discuss the workflow of global proteomics, identify the bioinformatic deliverables and explain how to get in touch with the National Resource to get started with an experiment.
