Can you teach me how to do a handstand because I wanna be just like you
I used to do gymnastics but I was scared to do gymnastics I just moved to irish step dancing so yeah
I was doing a handstand flatback vault and I let my hands give out so I almost fell on my neck. Thank god my coach catched me

When I was in level 4 I tried to do a cast handstand I couldn't hold it ( I was on the high bar) my coach caught me immediately as I was falling to the ground. He told me another gymnast my age broke her back because she did it and didn't have mats around her. Thanks Aiden 😁
I would just twist out of it not fall to you’re back it’s safer that way that’s how my gym taught us to bail out of a handstand

There was this time when I did a cast away, but my grip slipped and I went flying off like a flyaway, straight for my head. Luckily my coach held on to the shirt I was wearing on top of my leo and rotated me before I died.
One of my friends training level 6 before any practice with cast flyaways she just decided to send it but she didn’t let go and hit her legs on the bar really hard

Has anybody gotten a bruised palm from bars? I did a clear hip one day and I think I might’ve hit the bar too hard while shifting? I’m not sure what happened, but now I think it’s bruised. If anyone has had this, pls tell me how to fix it, my hands hurt so much on bars but it’s my fav event, and I have meets every week.
The season is almost over though so I might be able to let my hand rest more.
My team leos come in next month 😅
i don’t know if your going to see this but i’m taking a tumbling class but i wanna be a athlete/gymnast when i’m older so should i consider level 1 gymnastics? (btw i have done gymnastics i can do the basics but not like a handspring or back/front walkover)
Maybe try for level 2 or 3! Go to a gym and practice with them until evaluations that’s what I did and I got level 4 now I’m level 6 I started 2 years ago
