Out of the 4 big coalitions in sabi sands a decade ago Mapogos, Majingilanes, Matimba and Selati, it's the matimba blood line proving to be superior and spreading.
Debatable. The mapogo have a lot of sons around who sired many sons of their own. Like the 2 Mluwati males sons of Makhulu in Kruger who are the fathers of the mighty 3 Imbali males and 8 Kumana males nomadic with their 15-16 yr old father Madala son of makhulu. Also have the Transport dam males grandsons of the western Mapogo sired by the 4 fourways males who are a make up of 2 Majingalane sons and 2 Older Ximungwe Sons of Mapogo. There are also some lions in Kruger sired by Mr t and KT we don’t know much about but between matimba and mapogo those are the 2 successful bloodlines as of now
The mini timbas for time being. if they hang on together this will be. powerhouse, especially with the matimbas bloodline. Everyone knows Matimbas are high on the Lion lineage line.
Timbavati is north and northwest to Manyeletti which is immediate north of Sabi sands. There are no fences between these areas or east to Kruger, so coalitions from Timbavati do and have traveled south to establish in Sabi sands as well as Kruger. Maybe not a day trip, but manageable in 2-3.
Wow!6 powerful young males. They will soon be an unstoppable force if they stay together. Looking forward to seeing how they do.
It's a pleasure to see the six males together and in good shape...hope they will succeed💞
