For fiber laser cutting machine, the nozzle plays important role.
1: It collects the capacitance signal and transmits it to the signal processor through the ceramic ring, so as to keep the distance tracking of the laser head to the workpiece;
2: Guide the auxiliary gas to pass through;
3: Gas pressure is formed at the nozzle outlet to speed up the cutting, take away the slags, and protect the inner lenses of the cutting head.

Hi Clara, I wanted to know if it has happened to you that I cut at high speeds over 250mm/s and sometimes the center moves and the cut comes out wrong as if it were off center.

Hello I have one very important question please help whe bought a gf 1530jh Fibre laser machine golden laser and sometime whene I cutt it just like dry cut it's cutting but no sparks dry cut and the laser source alarm comes ons shutter closes and does not whant to open

Hai madem, can you please explain how to set reference ponts for a nested pgm, and if I stop the cutting in the middle of the program, how can I come back to the starting point?, and how can I jump to the point where I click the stop button for resume the program? in MESSER system there is an option "jump to line number" but in Sypcut I am not aware about the process, can you please explain it?

hi, I cut in a common cut it is 5 hours program but the light is off and my machine is shut down
what is the option to continue cutting as the last stop I know PT CONT. option is available but sometimes
it doesn't active so give me a second option.

What kind of heating? Nozzle heating? If it is nozzle, you can check a short last month.

hi carla, I have a problem with a 6000W laser machine with a Raytools BM114 type laser head. and cannot stably cut carbon steel plate above 14 mm thick. how much influence laser power with laser head type for good result?

I think 14mm is not so thick for 6kw, probably it is parameter setting a or some other factors.
