Not bad picks. Stocks like Tesla and NVIDIA still have some way up to go. It's always a good idea to go over it with a financial advisor. You might get new insights on how to go about it and that increases your chances of making huge profit.
I agree. The issue is most people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt, no offense. Liquidity may rise, according to this measure, specifically as a result of central banks responding to a crisis, so the high measure may not correlate well to a booming equities market.

So, by the chart at 8:44, you are saying that the Global Liquidity Index rose to high points during the disastrous bear markets through 2001-2003, and again through 2007-2009. With lows in 2000 and 2006, at the Bubble Market Peaks. It's almost as if liquidity gets pumped in as a failed solution to a collapsing market. So maybe after this coming bear market in 2025, liquidity will finally boost the market back up in 2026. That's just me accurately reading the chart you show.

There is no question there was a recession in 2022. You can’t possibly understand cycle investing if you can’t pick out the recession, which triggered by all rules. And more important the recovery! Which was a boom when so many were surprised by it.. because they denied the recession the missed the recovery. Just a silly statement that some argue. Silly thing I’ve heard you say. Just pulling perception away from the market. People aren't doing well. People are in credit card debt up to their neck etc. Even if they wanted to invest they can't afford it until market becomes cheaper. Someone has to buy more in order for the big boys to get the profit and others to hold the bag. Until a reversal on a long term time frame occurs I wouldn't keep buying dips. Keep the profits and play a little futures and shift to safety stocks and collect dividends or just interest yielding accounts for a little bit in my opinion.

If we have a K-shaped economy, then we can have a K-shaped recession, where the reality is a recession for one segment of the population, while the reality is boom times for another segment of the population. Just like inflation readings, GDP is a simplistic way to measure health of an economy, since an aggregate reading doesn't reflect the nuance of the uneven distribution.
I believe we've created an economy in the US where a substantial chunk of the population has become sidelined and marginalized, and the aggregate measures of our economy say nothing about the economic reality of this increasingly large chunk of the population - they simply don't move the needle, so to speak. It's a form of systematic dishonesty, and we're all being gaslighted about the state of things... being told that crime is down, jobs are plentiful, we've never had it so good, etc.
The market is mostly just the playground of the rich elite. As long as they have money (liquidity), and they keep getting bailed out by the central banks, and they keep getting cushy tax cuts, and tax advantages that facilitate tax avoidance schemes, then the market will keep going higher. Society will not become equitable until those deemed too big to fail are finally allowed to fail. Let the chips fall where they may. The current system is rotten to its core.
