0:18 I disagree with this. I think that the lower your rank, the more important your aim becomes. Without proper understanding of how to use utility, low elo players tend to take more dry gunfights so, a lot of the time, winning your duels can really carry your game. Half the time even if you have proper gamesense, your team simply won't coordinate with you in low elo. So, it's probably a good idea to learn your basic gunfight hygiene and mechanics if you want to get out of low elo. But when it comes to mid to high elo, I agree that gamesense is going to go a long way in improving your winrates. Learning to make correct decisions on the spot and how to properly manage your economy is vital to the overall outcome of the game. If you get the basics of your aim down, training to be that much more accurate just to get that one or two extra flicks will rarely change the outcome of the overall game. That's just from my experience so take it with a grain of salt; I'm a silver controller main who watches way too much valorant guides and breakdowns. Whatever the case, I must say the video is really well done. The editing is awesome and is just a very well-paced video overall. Gained a sub. Glad to be one of your first 1k.
First off, thank you for writing such a well thought out message and I appreciate the sub and love, the editor works hard af. While I agree for some people focusing on your aim can make you skyrocket, from my experience in bronze/silver people were willing to comm (most the games but not all) as long as you were not pushy and it helped me a lot, my aim was shit but I kept a 60% WR alot. Most people I feel can't get there aim that consistent due to nerves especially at low elo so by having more awareness I feel players can stay more calm by expecting and understanding situations more, allowing them to take better fights instead of winning based off just aim. Hope that makes sense. You're not wrong. Solid advice either way
neat Vid, Definetly gave all the basic advice needed to start ranking up
Thank you! I'm happy you enjoyed it
