- [マレーシア]今年もやって来ました2023ラマダン。断食月は街のあちこちでテントが張られ、いろんな食べ物が販売されます。なかなか食べることができない食べ物なども見つける事ができるとっても楽しいナイトマーケットです。日没になると仲間や家族と買った料理を食べるのがこの時期の楽しみにしてます。
今回KLCCに近いカンポンバルのマーケットに昨年同様、ピーコと100リンギットでどれだけ買えるかチャレンジして来ましたのでぜひ見てください。

RM100 for 2 person consider very much to finish it. Normally, Malaysian would spend a day this year cost about RM20 reasonably for 2 person. Anyway, good testimony done ✅✅✅

Yes, it is. i messed up my budget
That's not jackfruit but its cousin. In malaysia jackfruit is _nangka_ and it is not made into fritters/tempura, instead either eaten raw just like that similar to eating durian, or made into sweet porridge called _bubur nangka._ Its flesh is firm and can be a little crunchy similar to carrot, but softer and smoother.
The ones you have here are _cempedak goreng_ or fried _cempedak_ whose flesh are sweeter, softer and a bit fibrous which is a little elastic similar to heated cheese so when you bite into part of it and pull the remaining part, it'll form into long tiny strands before it breaks. If the species is _cempedak madu_ where _madu_ means honey then the flesh would be even more sweet! Definitely one of my favorites! Yum! 😋
