Absolutely a perfect start to my day. Watching your videos makes me want to get out in the wilderness more often. Hopefully some winter trips will be planned for me and my husband here in Colorado if we are allowed to go into the mountains this winter. Thank you so much for telling us exactly where you are in each scene and the brand name of your gear. Love Love your country. My husband really likes your spring boots but I couldn’t catch the name....Your last trip was so wild with the sea and wind, to experience such wildness is so Exhilarating. I would of living a life like this be so very close to the nature, bird sounds, river, snow and whatever the nature brings. However I always wonder how can you sleep in snow without a tent and fire and still be safe thru the night ! It's amazing! I know you have the sleeping bag but still...

Thats a totally insane type of lockdown. .. for a disease as deadly as the common flu. Dumb bureaucrats mixed with control freaks.
Sweden people are still not dying, just normal live without mask stupidity rules, laws. Huge respect for them.

@@wanderingbox7971 oh I don’t think it’s too bad. I mean we have freedom to roam and wild camping protected in law. No campfires right enough, but then the land is quite fragile after centuries of misuse. Scotland’s land ownership model has been problematic but we’re slowly getting the upper hand and, in my opinion, we’ll be better off in the long run.

@3:50 In the U.S. Marine Corps we called sleeping out in the open using only a sleeping pad, sleeping bag, and ponch a “stargazer rack” (“rack” = bed in Marine-speak). A good tent is awesome, but so is the ability to just open your eyes and immediately see the night sky and what’s around you.
