I found it to be too much work to set up for what it does, so haven't really used tilt.js it in projects. But I did try it. I used this video ( ua-cam.com/video/wlZWbpB2UR8/v-deo.html ) by Discover eLearning which has the specific steps to implement it in Storyline. Maybe this will help you. I remember following the steps here and it worked. Make sure to check the video comments as well for troubleshooting of common problems.
