CraftyCorn is Alive In Poppy Playtime Chapter 4? - Story Explained

Poppy playtime has had a bunch of secrets throughout the chapters and this video is all about Craftycorn one of the smiling critters that might still be alive and could have been since the beginning of chapter 1. We see signs of her through out the chase scene from Huggy Wuggy and there are some other signs as well.
Catnap and the prototype have always had a weird relationship but how does it play into the story and the hour of joy? How does the ending explain what we will face in poppy playtime 4? Why did the smiling critters want to stop them and what happened to them when they got in the way?
