That's Bank Fraud, Wire Fraud, that is RICO and the partner filed suit. This is what triggered it being reported to the Feds. These are federal crimes. I don't agree with all of Theresa actions but Melissa does not have a story line without arguing with Theresa. I think it's time to let Melissa and her husband go or friend to the show. DB Greene The funniest thing to me that I remember other hws from other franchises said about her when she came out of prison was “where is the responsibility?” I still feel like that holds truth. She never took accountability for anything. I find it kind of wild she sort of managed to get her fans to believe she was innocent about a crime she had to plead guilty to. Like yes it was Joe Giudice fault but the evidence found that she knew beyond just signing papers what she would say in court vs what she would say on wwhl was so different Bethenny Frankel and Tamra have said she knew what she was doing she wanted to keep up with the jones and would only pay in cash.. she knew Joe was doing illegal handlings.. because he told her it was important to only buy in cash. the judge wasn’t going to sentence her long but didn’t hear remorse only that she had to sell her furniture to afford her lawyers. He's been here for less than a minute and he has already repeatedly threatened every cast member except for Teresa's lap dogs Bill and Jennifer Aydin. Now he's expanded it to go after their kids. He and Teresa are likeminded sickos. This is a real (not dramatized) problem. I think they HAVE to go now. It's a matter of legal exposure for the Network at this point.

I sympathize but tbh we’ve seen what happens when RHONJ tries to move past the Gorga drama. Season 6 was pretty dull, they had to drag Jacqueline back for Season 7, and Season 8 felt dull at times too.
At this point for the next season I say keep the current cast as is. We have 2 new housewives and we’ve yet to see how Marge, Jen, Dolores, etc would handle a total and complete breakdown in the relationship between Teresa and Melissa. I want to see how the whole group handles them literally yelling at each other and see where the divisions land.

People like to be on the popular side. Something needs to be said. Is Teresa a narcissist? Yes. Is Loe a narcissist? Yes. Am I on their side? Yes. why? Obviously, there is no 100% right side here, but Melissa likes to play the opposite side of Teresa and tries her best to turn Joe against her. Loe has been under attack since day one and I'm not surprised he hired an investigator, I would have done the same if I had been in his situation.

The Gorgas got on this show by apparently bringing family drama for fame & money. Melissa couldn't stand Teresa getting ahead! Melissa has had several people out her over time about who she really is! Teresa has been blamed for this. It's "funny', because every time they (Teresa & the Gorgas) are about to supposedly make up, and all of sudden Melissa becomes this unexpected victim by getting her past exposed (give me a break) Honestly, I believe both Teresa & Melissa have both done things to each other.

Everyone seems to forget that Teresa has stated repeatedly she was mad and didn’t like Melissa from the get go. She thought her brother got serious too fast,he had previously been engaged and she didn’t care for Melissa. Jo has stated that she didn’t like any girl he was ever with. Teresa has said multiple times that Melissa and Jo should have waited till she wasn’t pregnant to have their wedding since she was a brides maid (all this can be looked up and confirmed) There are tons more!!! All I’m gonna say is this, the show is either fake or we are witnessing what happens when there is enmeshment and emotional incest within a family . Tre feels like Jo belonged to her and rather than create his own immediate family he should have kept everything the same and basically had Melissa fall in line behind the rest of them. Because Tre lost the spot she thought she should continue to hold all of the rest of this mess followed. Melissa wasn’t willing to become who they wanted her to be and clearly based on Tre’s statements (tons of them) they were talking poorly about Melissa almost from the moment they met her, including her implants and the fact that Tre & Joe’s parents didn’t like that . (So dumb) Melissa continued to stand up for herself and not be pushed around and if Tre couldn’t get her to play mistress to her brother so she could play the leading role it was never gonna work. Joe Guidiceé even said that Tre put her brother before him. Kathies husband even said the same thing, and he said that Tre would see what her brother was doing for Melissa and complain to Joe (her husband) (likely out of jealousy)that’ she wanted those things and that made Joe resent his brother in law even more. This can all be looked up and confirmed mostly from this very show throughout the seasons. There is NO way to make it work with Tre unless they just do what she wants when she wants and Melissa plays doormat. Especially now that the parents have passed because now they don’t even have the obligation to them to try to mend the fences or keep the peace .Bottom line,Tre feels like Melissa stole something from her…because she wanted things to remain the same but the dynamic changed. She will never be over it, she will never let that go. Again, all of this can be looked up. Also feel free to do some research into enmeshment and emotional incest and see if you think there are any parallels for yourself.

We get it, the brother hates his sister - seemingly always has given what went down at his son's baptism on the first season. The sister doesn't tolerate anyone getting in her spotlight and the sister-in-law is always promoting herself to do exactly that. Enough already with all the petty BS. Here's what I want to know - will Teresa's new marriage work? Who is Joe Giudice dating and what do his daughters think of the new girlfriend/s? Regarding the other cast members, hoping they bring back Caroline. She's an interesting character (and like Teresa) her children are likeable and add to the story line. It would also be interesting to see how Caroline and Margaret get along.
