There is a pretty massive opportunity cost linked to doing those quests every day vs just grinding and buying the horses, there is only so much time in a day
For me the benefit is that I feel like I’m getting it myself and is more “fun” for me, although I only use farming as a method to actually getting one since it doesn’t matter to me if it takes a year for me to get one. I cannot be bothered to do any of the daily quests to actually farm for it in that way since I only have 5 or so hours of active play time each week , just too much of a time sink lol! I’ll just take the 5 mins to farm :)
