8:39 Uncle Ji is right in my opinion. The car will not be able to turn 9:05. For example, a 4+mt length car will probably need more area space to turn. The width of the door is probably not enough neither the platform. I think you should re-think the design. Better safe than sorry.

Working on same structure for Nexa ,make sure to find a solution for the gap where two aluminium sheets are joining on top ,alot of dust comes during storm.

Also a humble request, for any electrical connection that is being made, for future proofing and quality point of view can you show how connections are being soldered/ properly cramped and then sealed with a heat shrink to avoid future water ingress/ shorting etc.
