At 0:07 Padma states : " Every number you get is the number of ingredients that you'll be allowed to use". Allowed. She never states that they MUST use that number of ingredients.

She also says the ingredients have to be within that number.

@@kathleenlindquist4799 That's what I didn't get. Why were some people cribbing about getting 10 and 9 ingredients? You could always use fewer ingredients than that.
