always nice to have an overall picture, next time try to add some numbers on your performance axis because in a previous video you mentionned dew4x had 80% of the sound quality of the dc elite, meaning that ka17 is only slightly better vs dew4x (7% better sounding if we look at the relative distance of ka17 vs dew4x vs the distance between dew4x and dc elite on your performance : axis dew4 is 8, dcelite is 10, ka18 is 8.6)

In terms of the specific figures in the dedicated review videos the comparisons were mostly based on 1 to 1 comparisons. In this video I tried to be more accurate in the relative distances between all the devices and this is probably the reason why you see some slight variations between the videos.
why do you say ua4 strickes a good balance ? because is it in the middle between dew4x and yuki ? balancing the dimension of higher price is not really inreresting
Hi and thanks for the comment. In my opinion the UA4 strikes a nice happy medium between features, price and sound quality but off course all depends on your needs. For example if you don't have a need for a display or MQA support you are probably better off with the DEW4X. I hope this helps.
