They are Alcoa standard wheels. The round holes are the ones that have been around for years. More recently each manufacturer gets them made with custom holes. There are Chinese versions that are very similar for less bucks. The hole size gets smaller according to the increased weight rating, that is a 12K has bigger holes than a 14.6K rim. They should be available with Durabright or machined or polished finish
@@Tcooks92 Some state laws will not allow you to lift the axle until at the job site, thats why its mounted outside. That axle should be a steerable axle. Ever try to turn on wet pavement with the axle down? Plan on going straight. I believe thats for registuring for 76000lb gross. Lower weights can mount the switches inside to raise the axle for turns. Either way the steerable axle is mush better, saves wear on the tires.
Richard E. I don’t care what the law is. My switch needs to be in cab. I’m well aware of how the truck handles when the pusher is down. I’ve had multiple steerable pushers and tags tear up the tires. I lift on all tight corners to prevent that.
@@Tcooks92 maybe its drivers like you that give other good drivers a bad name...I'm retired and I have run across many drivers like you....Laws are made for the good of all. If your house taxes go up by 5% to repair the roads that drivers like you destroy, you would be damn pissed..........
Richard E. I’d love to know where I said I ever broke a law. I’m simply stating that my switch needs to be in cab. You don’t know anything about me, my driving, or skill set. Retire from the internet please.
Hi Steve, do you speak Spanish, I'm interested in buying a truck, I want to know if you have anything 2018-2019 in a range of 140k - 150k, my credit is good and I have 10k input. Thank you
Did anyone else notice what looked like a roll of masking tape in the wheel of the lift axle?? Nice looking the truck, the extended day cab is the way to go if going with a day cab.
Paccar really need to step up their stereo head unit game. These concert class are junk. May be partner with pioneer or kenwood or whatever and have some legit factory stereo options in these beautiful trucks
Another beautiful truck I really like how you set those trucks up.

Do all 20k front axles have 20k springs? Or is that an extra option
use to you could order a heavy axle put light springs and you would have a 14.6 or 16k front axle
what is a short hood 389 I thought that would be a 388 model
388 is discontinued either a 389 short hood or long hood now think around 2016 is when they did that
Steve is the meritor rears the new version of rockwell's I'm not seeing rockwell's any longer just Dana or Meritor for rears now.
Could you run a live bottle trailer on 70t non-tilt 5th wheel or tilting 5th wheel
Very capable and seriously effective I'm sure.... ain't no left lane beauty queen though. Everything has its place though. NEXT!!
Where ya been Steve ? ..... your slacking !!! 😎
So like when you’re taking a sharp turn you have to open the door reached out and pick up your tag axle
