after installing why not start the program and no any icon to open the program

Install OpenPLC editor and the icon appear put this measage

.\python\pythonw.exe
[Content]
Windows cannot find '.\python\pythonw.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Check if Windows firewall does not block python. This is most likely the cause.
