Thank you , and thanks for watching. The drift bag helps keep the boat from swinging side to side. So when anchored with something like a bucket or a drift bag keeps the boat still in one spot. Some boats need one on each side, and some will stay put with out. Hope this helps

The rod is the Abyss 806 10-25#
I know some that like to use the 807 that’s a 12-30# I think.
I use this rod for every thing but tunas.
