Hello, I have to sponsor my 11 months daughter. We are already in Canada. Does my daughter will be the primary applicant in form 0008 ? Or do you have a video on this?
I just wonder, when you look your passport, mostly name is written by Capital letter （like BOB SMITH）, but when you put on to file, does it matter? or If I change to "Bob Smith", it's still consider 'same as passport'?

One small note. I think from date for the visitor visa should be the date you entered Canada, and the to date should be based on the length of stay decided by the border staff. The guide says to Fill in the dates (From - To) you have been living in your current country of residence.

Hi i appririatte ur videos i have a question i subbmitted my application on june 21 2023 i got an email on the 24 of August 2023 that my pr portal has been updated when i touched the button view i have seen everything else say completed ( like bionetrics becouse i once did bio and its valid for 10 years
,the police certificate, the chatts, the marrige certificatte, the pictures of honeymoon, the second trip approve that he came to me like bording pass& pictures together weather at the airport or a day out together and allot of things which i cant remember now ) with green colour except one part where my representative forgot a signature she immedietaly signed it and sent it back. Now my portal says submitted and on this dates Aguast 24. What do u think is the second step for me. Do i get an AOR do i get sent for medicals. Please give me an asnwear thanks

Hi I have applied for work permit under employer specific ( exemption from labour market impact assessment ) and for my husband applied for open work permit under temporary residence and last Saturday my GC key got revoked and I created new account and I linked mine and my child application to new one but my husband's iam not able to link ,first I selected the temporary residence then work permit and extension after all that I given my UCI id and application no ,then there is an option for open and employer specific work permi ,there I selected open work permit , at last they are asking which situation applies to the applicant ,here what should I submit , I have tried many of the options but unfortunately not able to link , please reply🙏 here are the options

I am an applicant under the parent’s sponsorship scheme of Canada. I need clarification regarding the following two points:-
I have a surname but wife is not using any surname. In her Indian passport the Surname column is blank and her full name is written under the given Name which is in two parts. Should I fill her name as per the name shown in the Indian passport or second part of her name (KAUR) be used as surname in the application form?
Secondly what format should be used to prepare CV for submission? My wife is a house maker and I am a retired Government employ?

Hello i entered in Canada in 2019/12 as a student and renewed my visa as a worker in 2022/01. Also i visited my country for a month then came back in 2023/10. In this case, which date do i need to put in the section of Current country of residence? I originally put 2022/01 as represented in my new visa, but i am so confused now😢😢😢

We are a family of 3 living in canada and in the PR pool, my wife is the main applicant and myself and daughter are dependents my wife didnt stay in any country from her childhood for more than 6 months so she need to get her PCC from India. I have stayed in UK for 2 Years i.e., from 2013-2015 do i need to get the PCC from UK for PR application as a partner?
Thank you for sharing useful videos. So at first I put my wife’s passport address as mailing address in the profile page which had a District name in it.
Since I’m acting as her representative, I changed that (passport) mailing address to my Canadian address. But, when I hit save it automatically pick-up previous/old address’s district name, and grey out.
I had the same issue, look like it is a bug in the website. Your comment looks a bit old so I would assume you have taken care of that, what I did was change the country and saved it again and then erased the current information and re entered the desired country address.

if you applied for extension, and received a visitor record, you can put the date mentioned in the visitor record under expiry

Hello! Just a quick question. I have been watching your youtube videos regarding sponsorship. But you are sponsoring your wife in the scenario. My question is with regards to Parents sponsorship. I am really confised about adding deoendents in the profile page because it will affect the other forms right? In the profile page shouls I add my sister who is back home in the Philippines. She's technically not a dependent at all I believed. She's 38 yo and with her family. I am only sponsoring my parents. Should I still add her in the profile page? Because I need her info in the additionals family form. Thanks
She is not to be added in the profile page. Just under the PA’s 5406 under siblings section

@@bhavnamukhood4248 I had an issue with the IMM0008, specifically at the question that asked the date on which you applied for the CSQ. Now I'm not 100% sure , but what I have been told is that you just have to leave that part open, so just do not fill in any date. After reading the instruction manual (in french) again it does seem like that is what you need to do, as it states that you only need to answer yes to the CSQ OR give the date on which you applied for the CSQ if you are applying under "catégorie de l’immigration économique", which is not the same as the "Family" category. Hopefully this was helpful :)

Please note that your request was rejected for the following reason:
Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)
• Form not completed in its entirety.
• Dependents are not included in the list, whom they accompany to the Canada or not. » . I didn't really understand the concept of a dependent child. My child is 21 years old and depends on my ex-partner. My dependent child is currently in Quebec because he has a study permit. He will not accompany me to Canada (outside Quebec) what do you think are all the documents to complete in my application for him. Do I have to resubmit a complete application because I cannot modify the IMM 0008 document for the part « Dependent child » Thank you so much if you could help me
