I remember playing and finishing this game circa year 2005-2007 in my old PS1, and achieved both good and bad endings. As fas as I can remember, I did not grind the game and just went ahead and battled Astral with a highest level character with level 36 or 37 (probably Ryu), and it was one of the toughest final bosses I have played in any RPG. Seeing that you have all your characters at level 99 is amazing! Nonetheless, a great game during its time. Such nostalgia!
This ending is perfect to close the franchise. Because the BoF5 has absolutely nothing to do with the franchise saga. It is a vey garbage game. The entire game happen in the underground with a tecnological areas, very boring. Eveything is the same during entire game. No criativity at all.
