In real estate, you make money when you buy, not when you sell. That being said, you need to buy at a good price, below market value. And foreclosures are a good way to find great deals.

Hi. Yes you can go check it out first prior to bidding. Thats what we did.

Hi we bought the property at 2.7M and spent close to a million.
I'm interested but kind of confused. Is the bid/offer price like an advance payment or downpayment to the total amount value of the property or what? if it is then when I lose the bid does that mean I'm also gonna lose the bid I offer?
Hi Dune, once you bid you wont need to pay yet. you’ll only be putting in an offer. If another buyer has the higher bid and wins the property, then the bank will inform you and wouldnt lose any money since you havent made any payment yet. If you win, then you’ll be asked to settle the 20% downpayment
Q: for example nakabile ka ng foreclosed prop then while your still paying it, you were able to flip it. paano po ang proseso dito?

You can go to the bank or coordinate with one of their account officer via email or call.

Yes, you can still buy foreclosed properties but it's better if you have someone that can check the unit. Yes, I am a real estate broker.

Hi. We put in a bid and since our bid was the highest so we won.
Blasphemy. The Lord didn’t set out a property for you to profit from for your own personal enrichment when it was stolen fraudulently from someone using it simply to have a safe place to be from the elements which they subsequently become homeless. Stop using other peoples’ misery for your personal gain. Thou shalt not steal.
The Lord has nothing to do with it. If someone can't make payments, then they will get foreclosed on. It is not stealing if you buy the property LEGALLY from a bank. Stop using religion in your argenment because it is a weak move.
